About the role:
Mascalls Academy has an opportunity for a Sixth Form Support Assistant to work as a key member of our successful Sixth Form; a brand new role within our Academy. The candidate will bring with them an ability to relate well to 16-18 year olds and the desire to spend time with them on a daily basis. The role will require working closely with the Head of Sixth Form and our team of advisors as well as having an active involvement in all Sixth Form Form activities, events and the UCAS process. The successful candidate will join us for September 2017 where you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our Sixth Form. What are we looking for in you?
To be successful you need to be passionate, flexible and resilient under pressure. You must want to work with 16-18 year olds whilst being authoritative and approachable. The successful candidate will be able to work well as a member of a collaborative team but equally work on their own using their own initiative and be innovative in streamlining current systems.
