We are seeking to appoint a Lettings Facilitator who will be responsible for opening the site for the hiring/event, meeting and greeting visitors, assisting them with any queries, administration duties, decoration of the building, and locking the premises at the end of the hiring/event. Our successful candidate will predominantly cover the hirings booked for Saturdays during the afternoon/evening, but may occasionally be required to provide support on a Sunday or an evening during the week, therefore we need candidates who can be flexible, reliable and professional.
