Based in Worksop, you will play a key role in enhancing our varied facilities, increasing income and inward investment and delivering the highest operational standards.


​​​​​​​We are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and an innovative approach to project development and income generation.  The successful applicant will be an experienced manager within a parks and open spaces setting, with a forward thinking outlook and proven ability to build, lead and motivate individuals and teams.

Effective project management skills, including budget management, procurement and staff management are therefore vital. We’ll also expect you to have excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills together with experience of setting and monitoring service delivery and safety standards and implementing service improvements.
