Based at our modern offices in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our vibrant and progressive Development Management Team. 

We are looking for a professional/technical employee who can demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge of CIL and who has the ability to learn quickly. You will take responsibility for the effective management, implementation and monitoring of CIL and manage the collection and subsequent distribution of related financial developer contributions. 

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be passionate about planning and have extensive experience of managing and implementing CIL legislation in the UK, a track record of achievement in a comparable role and have the skills to deal with complex strategic infrastructure issues. You will also need to have GCSE (grade 4-9 or C and above) in English and Maths.
