We have an exciting opportunity if you are looking to develop your career in anti-social behaviour. Based in our offices in Worksop your work will encompass the whole Bassetlaw area of north Nottinghamshire. You will be working closely in the local community with a range of partner organisations.

We are actively looking for an experienced individual to take the lead role in providing a comprehensive Anti-Social Behaviour service to residents and visitors within the Bassetlaw district. 


​​​​​​​As a team leader, you will be responsible for the operational management of the Council’s response to reports of ASB throughout Bassetlaw, providing support and guidance to a small team to ensure that all aspects of ASB are delivered. You will also establish and develop relationships with partnership agencies and have the confidence and resilience to deal with challenging individuals. You must therefore have good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

We are also keen to hear from you if you have:

  • Thorough knowledge of relevant anti-social behaviour, housing and crime and disorder legislation
  • Experience of working with partnership agencies
  • The ability to work proactively with minimum supervision
  • The ability and experience to manage and lead a team and are
  • Educated to degree level
