About the role

As Director you will be responsible for leading the Health and Care Transformation Programme who are tasked with delivering the high profile, fundamental transformation of the health and care system on the Isle of Man.  

The overall aim of the Programme is to work with all parties involved in delivering health and care to create a financially and clinically sustainable, high quality, integrated health and care system with the potential to be a worldwide exemplar. The Programme has recently moved into the Department of Health and Social Care and you will work closely with the Senior Management Team, Minister and Members alongside colleagues in Manx Care and Public Health to deliver transformational change.

 A relocation package of up to £5,000 based on receipts is available for this role
