We are seeking a HR & Payroll Assistant to join the team in a progressive, changing organisation.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to and wants to make a real contribution to the team and deliver a truly customer focused service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day to day administration for the HR and Payroll team including the processing of new starters, leavers and employment changes, maintaining accurate employee information on our HR and Payroll System (Agresso), as well as supporting recruitment and selection, induction, expenses and pension administration.
Previous administration and organisational skills gained in a HR or payroll department is essential. You will be focused on the detail, be well organised and committed to providing a timely and efficient response as well as continuously looking for ways of improving systems and processes, therefore someone with a can do attitude is essential.
