As part of our Care and Health Improvement Programme we are seeking a Senior Adviser to join us to support improvement in social care commissioning and markets shaping. You will take a lead on this area of work that we deliver jointly with ADASS, and contribute to other areas such as integration with health care and digital transformation.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the difference excellent social care commissioning can make, proactive to take forward proposals and responsive to react to changes in the sector. Ability to influence at all levels, tact, diplomacy and tenacity go without saying.

You will understand the importance of service design and be able to bring creative to this programme. You will be able to demonstrate clear communication and be able to effectively communicate to a range of partners and stakeholders.

You will be expected to demonstrate the ability to independently lead programmes, using your initiative to ensure these meet local authority and stakeholder expectations and demonstrate a robust approach to reporting, communications and engagement.
