Our approach

Our staff deliver a personalised care plan that’s tailored to the individual. All care plans are discussed with the resident on a one to one basis, capturing exactly how a resident prefers to have their needs met. All care plans are signed off by our residents.

At Livability, we’re looking for caring and community-minded people. You’ll be creating meals and services at the required times to the residents of the home, according to the standards and procedures agreed with the Manager.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have proven, relevant experience, as well as demonstrable ability to cater for people with a range of medical dietary needs and specific dietary requirements.

  • Have a well-organised approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, on your own initiative and when in contact with suppliers of provisions to the home.

Following the recent amendment of the Health and Social Care Act, care home workers are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Therefore, we require candidates to have had both vaccinations at the time of making their application.

Livability Ashley Place in Bognor Regis is a residential care home located on the seafront, close to the town centre. Designed in consultation with residents, the service offers state of the art equipment and facilities and highly experienced, trained staff.

As well as the residential home, we offer a range of disability and rehabilitation services. We work with people in the community and in their own homes.
