Livability’s Millie College will be a new education provision in Dorset to provide first-class education to local students leaving school at 16 with disabilities, no matter what barriers they may face.
This exciting new college sets out to meet three strategic aims:

• Supporting young people to live safe and independent lives.
The college will deliver personalised learning through a bespoke methodology of class, outdoor and community-based learning spaces, depending on the learners’ choice, interests and future ambitions.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering Occupational Therapy assessment and interventions to students with a variety of developmental disorders and managing your own caseload. You will work closely with families and other professionals to provide excellent quality of care and to act as a source of information, support and advice.
Ideally you will have qualifications within sensory integration and a minimum of one year experience post-graduation is required.

- Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered
- Minimum of 1 year post graduate experience in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working with children & young adults
- Manual Handling and safe moving practices
- Working in a multidisciplinary or multiagency team
