About the role

You'll be working as a Waking Nights Support Worker at one of our supported living services in Milton Keynes.

As a Waking Nights Support Worker, your role will involve conducting regular checks on the individual we support to ensure they are comfortable and getting a good night's sleep. You may also need to help administer medication and/or provide personal care throughout the night. We will provide you with full training and with day-to-day help and advice from your frontline manager and senior practitioners. 

There may also be light cleaning and administrative tasks to complete while on shift.

This is a part-time role across Saturday and Sunday nights ( shift times are  22:00 - 07:30 )

We provide a full induction and free training program towards the care certificate so social care experience isn’t necessary.  People join us from many different backgrounds, from experienced care workers and healthcare assistants to trainees or people looking for a new career. What's important is that you share our values, have a positive approach and are willing to learn.
