Temporary Administrator

Job reference: 001596

Location: Wingrave

Closing date: 16/12/2021

Salary: £17,850 plus benefits

Employment type: Full-time

Are you an experienced administrator looking for work on a temporary basis? Why not work for a charity and use your excellent administrative skills to positively impact people's lives?

You'll be an experienced Administrator and will join our friendly office team over a three-month period at our school and residential setting in Wingrave, near Aylesbury.

This is a varied role in a fast-paced, fun environment. You will be record-keeping for the children we support, updating training records and supporting the recruitment of new staff.

Working in the education sector is a highly regulated environment with a lot of 'paperwork', but essentially it's all about supporting  young people to live their best possible lives.

This a 3-month full-time contract (working 35 hours per week.) The position will start as soon as possible, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period will not be considered.

About you

The successful Temporary Administrator will have extensive office based administration experience with strong communication and IT skills. In addition you will:

  • Work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team
  • Be well organised and able to prioritise
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Be willing to learn new systems
  • Have a positive, 'can-do' attitude
