Did you enjoy the new series of Great British Bake-off? So did John and Jenny* as they tried their hand at their own baking creations. Could you join in?
You'll join us as a Support Worker in Emsworth, which is home to seventeen people who have a truly amazing variety of interests. As well as baking, you might find yourself enjoying a bike ride around the village, feeding the ducks at the pond, or supporting people to go to art and drama classes or play the piano. If you're a bit of a movie buff, you'll form a bond with Stefan*, who has great ideas about new films and isn't shy to contact film-makers with his ideas, or send them the movie posters he's designed.
The most important thing for everyone here is that their staff are cheerful, positive and don't rush them. Personal care is needed for some people.
We're a large and supportive staff team full of fun and bubbly personalities. Team culture is very important to us and we'll support you from day one and help you feel at ease.
This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours a week, and you'll take your turn working shifts on a rota, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays. We can also consider applications for part-time roles, just include in your application the hours that you are available to work.
