About the role
The people we support in Wheathampstead are very active during the day and may want to chat about their activities and what they've been up to before they go to bed. You'll help them settle in ready for bed and will be available when they are wakeful at night, checking at regular intervals to make sure they're comfortable and getting a good night's sleep ready for the next day. You will need to provide support with personal care or medication.
Your job will also include some cleaning duties to ensure everything is tidy for the morning when people get up and start their day. This is an important role to make sure people feel safe and supported at all times.
