Are you a PlayStation fan? Do you enjoy watching TV and boxsets? How about making that part of your job?

You'll join the team supporting four adults, aged 20 to 50, in their own home. They have diagnoses of mild to severe learning difficulties, autism, communication delay, health conditions and complex needs. They're looking for staff who are resilient, fun, hardworking, consistent and confident.

We have a lot of fun here! You'll be joining in with hobbies such as playing on the PlayStation, enjoying music, swimming, upcycling, going for walks, bike rides and generally being outdoors and having fun! You'll work with people to shop, cook, and eat a nutritious diet.

You'll support people to manage their medication and finances and provide personal care.

As lockdown eases, people will enjoy getting out and about again, learning new skills and hobbies, maintaining relationships with family and friends, and becoming more independent.

This is a full-time role, and you will take your turn working shifts on a rota basis, including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

About you

Experience isn’t always necessary. If you have the right attitude, good customer service skills, share our values and are willing to learn, you’re likely to be a great fit. We are looking for people who celebrate differences, and we strive to make all our staff feel included, valued and respected.

You must be a driver with a manual licence, as you will be driving service vehicles.

Training and Development
