Volunteer Receptionist (Ref: GA98)

Hours per week: 4 hours plus

Based: Gateshead



Pathways Advice and Information Service provides impartial advice and information on a range of issues including welfare benefits, housing, debt and mental health, to people experiencing mental health needs, their carers, family members and professionals.  We have a volunteer post for a Receptionist, responsibilities of this role include responding to general enquiries, greeting clients and ensuring there is a relaxed environment in the waiting area. This role will include making beverages for clients. Additionally you will support the advice service to gain client feedback on their experience of using the service. To carry out this role you will have good communication skills, an empathic approach and basic IT skills.  MHM will provide you with in house training to enable you to carry out the role, a full induction and access to MHM e- learning.
