Developmental Role  

£18,711 per annum

37.5 hours per week

Based: Central Office, Sunderland

 

We are looking for a talented individual to join our HR team based in Sunderland.  This is an HR entry level developmental position with a comprehensive training and development plan.

 

You will be supported in this role to achieve organisational goals and to uphold MHM’s values. Initially the role will be largely administrative in nature but as the post holder receives training and quickly develops, there will be an expectation that they will manage a complex caseload, advising and supporting on complex HR issues including recruitment and selection, investigations and grievances, absence management and coaching managers.  This is a great opportunity for an individual to work as part of our small, busy and friendly HR team. Working in a challenging environment with exposure to all aspects of HR work; this generalist position will provide high quality HR support throughout the organisation and ensure that all delegated work is processed efficiently and accurately.

 

Essential criteria includes education up to an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), relevant HR qualification (working towards, or willingness to complete) and appropriate recent experience of working within a similar HR position.
