POLICE COMMUNITY SUPPORT OFFICER (PCSO)

Location: Forcewide                     

Permanent – Full Time

Hours: 36.5 per week - You will be required to work shifts (including evenings, weekends and public holidays)

£20,115 to £22,275 plus 13.33% Equalisation Allowance

As a PCSO you will be able to develop your skills in dealing with people and will gain job satisfaction from making a difference in your community. Working alongside regular Police Officers, you will have a key role in making local neighbourhoods safer and through your presence help the community feel safer.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to deal with confrontation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident communicator
  • Flexible with regards to working hours.  You will be required to work a rotating shift pattern covering the hours of 8am to 10pm – Monday to Sunday.
