We’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive forward our asset management service. Who will lead their team and work with key stakeholders and senior Leadership Team peers to promote a positive and inclusive culture that enables seamless service delivery and an exceptional customer experience that is felt by our customers.
You’ll be responsible for leading, reviewing and delivering the Asset Management Strategy as well as championing best practice in building safety, compliance and sustainability.
This is a key role advising the Executive Team and the Boards of mhs homes and its registered provider subsidiary, Heart of Medway Housing Association on all areas of strategic asset management, landlord compliance, planned works, major works and sustainability.
You’ll also be an ambassador for #teammhs, representing the organisation at networks, strategic meetings with other partner agencies, public organisations, regulators and funders.
As a key member of our Leadership Team, you’ll have the ability to maintain a focus on the strategic big picture as well as detail of project delivery, quality assurance and compliance.
In the Strategic Plan period 24-27 you’ll be responsible for budgets of over £88 million to help you deliver the asset management strategy. You’ll also have a talented team of dedicated asset professionals who will work with you to make everything happen.
