The role is part of a major transformation programme. You’ll support the business change team (including ICT) to ensure a robust training programme is in place. You’ll be coaching and facilitating across the business in best practice and promoting our values.
The training modules will be based on end-to-end processes, so whilst you won’t need to have ICT expertise, an understanding and awareness of technical solutions would be advantageous.
You’ll be responsible for:
Technical training material for the new business processes within the transformation programme, as well as behavioural and soft skills training- particularly to our customer facing staff
Liaising with the business change team to ensure learning solutions are designed, delivered and evaluated to meet specific developmental and organisational needs
Helping us to drive a continuous improvement culture, with a consistent feedback loop
The hours are up to 37 hours per week full time - although we would consider your application if you cannot work full time. Please tell us the hours you can work in your application.
