About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive Communications Manager to drive understanding, engagement and adoption across our global, multi-year transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role to translate complex transformation activity into clear, compelling and human-centred communications.
Reporting to the TO Change Lead, you will work closely with a passionate team within the Transformation Office, influencing business stakeholders and having direct exposure to senior leaders including the Chief Operations & Transformation Officer. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who thrives in complexity and ambiguity, and is energised by the fast pace of transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver targeted internal communication strategies and campaigns to support the transformation programme and associated change initiatives
- Act as a trusted communications partner across our business, aligning messages and sequencing communications and engagement activities which reinforce desired behaviours, embed change, and bring our vision to life
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across internal channels, including intranet, newsletters, emails, videos, and internal social and in-person platforms that reach multiple audiences
- Design, execute and support the creation of communication and engagement plans for different phases of change, workstreams, and stakeholder groups
- Apply two-way communication principles to drive engagement, capture feedback and improve understanding of how change is landing
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication and change campaigns, using insight and data to improve and adjust strategies and plans
- Maintain consistency of tone, messaging and brand voice, anchoring change communications in the wider Modulaire Group strategic narrative
- Stay up to date with internal communications, content creation and change communications best practice, introducing pragmatic improvements where appropriate
Background & Experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change initiatives (e.g. large-scale transformation, restructures, system rollouts, cultural change)
- Strong experience managing internal communication channels and platforms
- Experience in complex, global, and matrixed organisations
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders to align messaging
- Strong content creation skills, including video editing, writing clear and compelling communications with ease
- Strong planning and delivery skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience creating communication strategies that reach employees who rarely work on laptops or behind desks
- Experience using digital internal comms tools (e.g., SharePoint, Workplace, Teams, Yammer)
