It's not easy, and it's not for everyone. But as a Bank support worker, the rewards can be so much bigger than the challenges. You really will make a positive difference to people’s lives.

You’ll be joining our team, both locally and nationally and we’ll support you every step of the way.

Many of those who join us have no previous knowledge of autism or support work. Our fantastic induction programme and learning and development opportunities help all of our staff become autism experts.

We are looking for Bank Support workers in our Northants Community Services which cover Wellingborough, Rushden, Kettering and Northampton. You’ll be working with autistic adults in a supported living environment.
You will be enthusiastic and up for a challenge and want to promote independence by helping the people we support to access the community.

We need you to be resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. Being a support worker takes bravery, patience and commitment.

You may have a personal connection, a desire to work with or real life experiences working with autistic people. If you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, we’d love to hear from you.

Your working pattern will be varied over a seven day rota and could include sleep-ins and bank holidays.

We offer a fantastic one year induction programme, learning and development opportunities. Along with a host of benefits– including shopping discounts and a competitive pension scheme.

Interviews will be held: TBC
