2022 Incentive scheme. For those employed post 1 January 2022 a £250 incentive payment will be paid on completion of 20 weeks continuous service*.

We are looking to recruit and train a number of seasonal workers tasked primarily with providing a service to customers using the airport’s Premium Meet & Greet car parking facility.

The primary role for staff will be office based, taking responsibility for that initial welcome, ensuring a smooth check in process for our customers. As a Front of House Operative you are the face of our Premium Meet & Greet facility and will often be the first and last point of contact for airport passengers - the role requires excellent customer service skills. 

You will be tasked with a range of car parking administrative related duties and we are looking to recruit a people person with the ability to work alone or as part of a team. You will be highly motivated and willing to adopt a hardworking and pro-active approach to work. The applicant is required to be comfortable using office-based IT systems – ensuring our booking system is up to date and email queries are dealt with. This is a perfect opportunity for a candidate who believes in delivering the best possible standard of customer experience.

All applicants need to hold a full UK driving licence and full uniform including PPE will be provided.

Once trained, you would be expected to work a shift system averaging 48hrs per week including day, night, and weekend working.

The posts will be offered for a minimum of 20 hours per week. However, once trained there will be the opportunity to work additional hours as seasonal demands dictate.
