What You’ll Do:
Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the hotel's restaurant, bar and lounge areas
- Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, train and inspire the team to deliver personalised service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Manage staff rota's, holidays and performance reviews
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in compliance with UK food hygiene and health & safety laws
