We are seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding culinary experiences. You will lead our culinary team, oversee menu development, maintain the highest standards in food preparation & presentation, and drive the continued success of our dining offering.

What you’ll do:
Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
- Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade to deliver excellence
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and daily kitchen operations
- Create and review seasonal, innovative menus
- Manage costs, stock, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
