What you’ll do:

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Welcome all customers with a friendly and approachable manner
• Ensure a smooth and efficient arrival for all customers
• Promote all service available at the spa
• Handle payment transactions
• To answer and assist with any questions and queries
• Communicate efficiently with other departments
• Make bookings both face to face and on the telephone
• Regular use of keyboard and VDU screens
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to tour customers around the spa
• Excellent telephone manner
• Working knowledge of customers and Microsoft office programs
• Ensure that all reservations are accurately entered onto the system
• Available to work a rota with a range of shifts including daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
