Job Title: Regional TEC Technical Manager
Location: Agile (Multiple sites in the South, 3–5 days per week)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Reporting to: TEC Technical Lead

We are seeking a proactive Regional TEC Technical Manager to ensure technical excellence and support across our technology-enabled care services. In this role, you will lead the deployment, testing, and maintenance of innovative smart living and assistive technology solutions designed to enhance people’s quality of life and independence. Ideally we are looking for someone from a telecare background.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

  • Oversee the installation, setup, and maintenance of assistive technology and software.
  • Troubleshoot critical technical incidents and lead fault resolution.

Team Support & Training:

  • Provide guidance and training to General Managers, Technicians, Assessors, and Occupational Therapists.
  • Develop comprehensive technical training programs and resource materials.

Innovation & Implementation:

  • Support the introduction of new and emerging technologies.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Represent the organization at technical forums and stakeholder meetings.

Essential Requirements:
Experience in technology-enabled care, excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

This role is critical in driving innovation and ensuring technical excellence to support independent living for our service users.
