Job Description
Job Purpose:
This is a Pan-European role to facilitate and deliver pro-active reporting, analysis, and support for the Group FP&A team and the wider business, across a range of functions and stakeholders. You'll support the Group FP&A team in preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual insight and analysis, across a variety of items including P&L, Capex and Cash.
Key Accountabilities:
- Own a variety of reporting, including:
Daily and Weekend Reporting
KPI Reporting and Support for Non-Finance Function
Consolidation and analysis of Weekly Flash and Rolling Forecast Process
Consolidation and analysis of Cash Rent Forecasting - Developing the use of financial databases through organising and analysing a variety of data sources, and further developing the team’s use of PowerBI and AI
- Support with closing month end accounts for group functions
- Support with monthly Financial Business Review, which provides in depth analysis of total company performance
- Support the annual budget cycle, including preparing and developing relevant packs for territories and supporting in consolidating and analysing the total OCG Budget
- Develop modelling requirements within the team
- Adhoc support on financial and non-financial performance analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with Finance and Non-Finance Teams across both OCG and AMC
Key Skills:
- Qualified Accountant - either ACCA or CIMA.
- Experience in FMCG would be beneficial
- Ability to pick up tasks quickly and efficiently
- Great communicator, both with finance and non-finance colleagues
- Highly analytical and experienced with modelling
- Ideally would have experience with creating PowerBI reports and Oracle EPM
- Advanced Excel Skills
