  • You’ll coordinate and support the delivery of Reward activity and annual cycles, ensuring timelines, processes and communications are well managed and colleague-focused.

Communication & Engagement

  • You’ll deliver our Reward communications and engagement plan, coordinating campaigns, colleague education and clear guidance across pensions, pay and benefits.
  • You’ll also help coordinate reward-related events and activity, including wellness initiatives and the annual benefits enrolment window.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

  • You’ll support reward-related projects and initiatives on an ad-hoc basis, identifying opportunities to continuously improve our processes, systems and colleague guidance.
  • You’ll work closely with suppliers and brokers, supporting coordination of information, contracts, invoicing and budget tracking.
  • As part of the wider People Services team, you’ll also provide BAU support where required and assist with Employee Relations activity through documentation coordination and colleague signposting.

Key Skills:

  • You’re highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence.
  • You’re comfortable working with systems, data and processes, and enjoy keeping things accurate and well-organised.
  • You’re a confident and clear communicator, able to explain reward information in a way that’s easy to understand.
  • Proactive, collaborative and solution-focused, you enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues across the business.
