We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially focused Area Manager to lead the growth strategy across a key regional area. You will be responsible for driving performance and guest experience across a portfolio of cinemas in Ireland, while ensuring consistent operational excellence and community-led engagement.
Role overview:
This is a critical role that blends inspirational leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to turn insight into action. You'll lead a team of Cinema Managers and oversee the execution of business plan designed to drive cinema performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
We’re looking for a leader who can inspire teams, influence across functions, and deliver strong commercial results through a people-focused lens. You should be able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.
Our Area Managers lead, coach and develop their teams to deliver the best cinema experience for our guests, whilst driving the cinema's performance and identifying opportunities for continual improvement. You will build and develop a high-performance culture utilising our Incredible Leadership Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent and outstanding operational standards across all cinemas in your area, using data and insight to shape decision-making.
- Lead the implementation of our business plan, driving improvements in attendance, and financial performance
- Build and maintain high-performing teams through strong leadership, development planning, succession management and performance coaching.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and drive results, adapting your approach to meet local and regional needs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and a culture of attentive, guest focused service throughout all cinemas.
- Act as a regional ambassador, placing cinemas at the heart of their local communities.
