Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Membership & CRM team  are responsible for growing, engaging and developing our loyalty programs at ODEON UK & Ireland, including myLIMITLESS and myODEON schemes. A fast paced, dynamic  and hands on team, this role is key to driving ODEON's membership strategy and ambitions by developing first class member engagement communications.

The CRM Assistant role will build and execute targeted & personalised CRM campaigns to our members, delivering engaging content to drive member attendance and frequency targets.




Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns through targeted database communications, including email and push notifications.
  • Manage and execute end-to-end campaign process from CRM communication planning, test and learn mapping, campaign build and targeting, data selection and post-campaign reporting.
  • Build CRM content for members, including copywriting, design briefs and working with agencies for assets.
  • Continuously track and review campaign performance, alongside CRM Manager to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Optimise lifecycle communications, through reviewing results.
  • Support on the campaign planning process and member communications calendar.
  • Process member deletions in line with GDPR and erasure requirements.
  • Create app landing pages and online surveys in CRM campaign tools to support overall member campaigns.
  • Assist on member incentive creation on Loyalty systems on an ad-hoc basis, including testing of to ensure correct configuration and set up.
  • Work with cross functional teams to deliver projects to support business capabilities which drive KPIs – including member attendance, member revenue, and engagement.

 Key Skills:

  • Experience working in a CRM campaign management and email marketing role, preferably in leisure, entertainment, retail or consumer marketing.
  • Creative copywriting experience is essential.
  • Strong project management skills are essential.
  • Good planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
