HR Operations Specialist (Interim / On-site) / Location: Bank Top Farm, Leeds (Bank Top Support Centre) | Contract: Fixed-Term until July 2026 (40 hrs/week)

🧩 What the Role Involves
As an essential member of our People Team, you will:
Lead, refine, and strengthen HR operations
β€’ Deliver efficient, compliant, centralised HR support across all transactional HR functions
β€’ Optimise processes using HR technology and digital tools
Support, mentor and develop HR Administrators
β€’ Help build a strong, high-performing, people-focused HR team
Collaborate with key People stakeholders
β€’ Work closely with People Partners, Recruiters, and the Head of People to support employee lifecycle initiatives and improvements to service delivery
Ensure excellent HR data and records management
β€’ Maintain high standards of data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
Adapt and contribute
β€’ Undertake reasonable duties that evolve as the organisation grows β€” flexibility and initiative are key

🎯 Who We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
:
β€’ Proven experience in HR Generalist, HR Administration, and Employee Relations
β€’ Worked in a centralised or shared services HR environment
β€’ CIPD Level 5 or significant HR experience
β€’ Strong understanding of Employment Law and practical HR compliance
β€’ Passion for process improvement, innovation and excellent service delivery
β€’ High competency with HR systems (HRIS) and digital tools
β€’ Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
β€’ Personable, diplomatic, resilient, and enjoys working collaboratively across teams
Desirable:
β€’ Experience working in healthcare or primary care settings
