We have an exciting new opportunity for an Employee Relations Manager to join our HR team!

Reporting to our Head of HR and Organisational Development, the Employee Relations Manager will oversee the advisory function of the HR team and line manage a HR Advisor, and another newly created role, an Employee Experience Advocate. They’ll lead on Health and Wellbeing and Diversity and Inclusion for the group, in addition to being responsible for the day to day running of operational HR needs. Working alongside our Talent Manager (who manages Recruitment, Training & Development), they will also support the Head of HR & OD with reporting, governance, and strategic work streams for the group.

Salary will be agreed depending on relevant skills and experience assessed within interview. Travel benefits are included.
