We are excited to be able to recruit for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to work across OnePrimary Care. In addition, this role supports the Head Pharmacist in growing and developing our team of Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. In addition you will have opportunity to contribute to OnePrimaryCare’s new Clinical Senate by sharing your pharmaceutical expertise across the workforce in line with the Pharmacy Strategy.

Ideally you have at least 3 years clinical experience in General Practice and now be looking to expand on your leadership role whilst acting as an ambassador for the group andcompany values in the locality.

You will be an experienced non-medical prescriber and be a great team player, but capable of independent, autonomous work. You will have excellent inter-personal skills and ideally experience of developing new services. You will have excellent communication skills as building collaborative relationships with primary care networks will be a key part of this new role in supporting the Head Pharmacist.

This is a new role and will develop over time, but the expectation is that you will work autonomously as part of the growing pharmacy team at OneMedical . You will also provide leadership to practice staff and patients with regards to prescription and medication queries, medicines policies and procedures, QOF and local incentive schemes, audit and quality related workstreams linked to medicines. You will have opportunity to grow and develop experience across both primary and urgent care sectors and lead on quality pharmacy work streams
