Sharing new ideas, taking initiatives, delivering exceptional care to improve lives – that is the OneMedical Group way. From providing high quality urgent care to thinking of innovative solutions to care delivery, as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner / Advanced Nurse Practitioner within OneMedical Group, you will be valued, respected and encouraged to utilise and develop your skills to facilitate excellence.

We currently have a number of exciting opportunities available to join our highly skilled team of clinicians: urgent care experts, proficient in advanced level practice. Working across our Leeds based urgent care services, you will utilise your skills to assess and manage complete episodes of care within our walk-in centre, in addition to using your knowledge to support streaming decisions in the Emergency Departments at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust with whom we partner.

To succeed in this role you will be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council, Health Care Practitioners Council or other relevant professional body. You will have undertaken academic studies in advanced practice and have a proven ability to practice autonomously. You will be skilled in minor illness presentations and their management; and have the ability to work as part of a team.  A non-medical prescribing qualification is desirable, but those without are still encouraged to apply as we will support you to obtain this as part of your continued professional development.

These roles offer candidates the unique opportunity to work across both urgent and emergency care services and influence patient pathway developments for those with minor illnesses. If you thrive in an environment that offers variety, fancy the opportunity to utilise your skills and develop new ones, enjoy continual development and improvement and place patients first, we would love to hear from you.
