We are looking for a passionate Product Manager for our Health and Wellbeing Platform, who can identify and manage new features, prioritisation as well as product usability and cost base; an individual who is seeking to support an innovative and rapidly growing organisation. Reporting to the Head of technology and Innovation, this is a lead role that will demand a great deal of drive for continuous improvement, creativity, engagement and self-management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall

•    Defining and documenting products, features/benefits, and user stories
•    Prioritising features and user stories; maintaining the roadmap
•    Working closely within the agile development team
•    Supporting pre-sales team in new functionality analysis for bids
•    Contributing to product sales collateral and sales training
•    Contributing to marketing collateral
•    Working with development to define the scope of customer requirements and recommendations on pricing and re-usability
•    Customer presentations and demonstrations
