About the role
You’ll be the marketing insight lead for Parkinson’s UK. This includes shaping how we use external audience data and insights, setting up new research projects to deepen knowledge and understanding of our audiences and promoting and sharing these findings across the charity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Insight Manager with an outstanding track record.
What you’ll do
You will help us develop and deliver a dynamic marketing strategy by:
commissioning research to address any gaps in our external audience knowledge and understanding
working with the wider Marketing team to imbed and enhance our audience segmentation model across the charity
ensuring that marketing campaigns and content is insight-led, user tested and measure performance
monitoring and reporting on brand metrics
acting as consultant to internal clients on market research, advising on projects with audience needs/focus
bringing innovative insight ideas and approaches to the charity and marketing team
What you’ll bring
What you need to succeed in this role is a passion for marketing insight and a desire to share this. You’ll also have an excellent understanding of and extensive experience in running market research projects, including interpretation and evaluation of research findings or data, making recommendations and disseminating results.
With an audience-first mindset and a love for insight-driven decision making you’ll be working as part of an ambitious and creative team.
