We are the Parkinson's support and research charity. Among our greatest strengths are our people, the enthusiasm of our local groups and supporters, and the commitment of all our staff.
We continue to work to find a cure, and improve life for everyone affected by Parkinson's. You could be part of helping us achieve this.
About the role
We are offering an exciting opportunity to transform our service delivery through digital technology with a new Digital Service Transformation Lead role.
If you have proven experience of successfully leading technology-based change to increase the reach, impact and efficiency of large scale services then we want to hear from you!
As part of our Information and Support team, you will lead work to find and deliver on opportunities to use digital technology to enhance the way in which we provide direct support to tens of thousands of people affected by Parkinson’s across the UK.
Skills, knowledge and experience
To be successful you’ll need experience in service design, planning and delivering digital services and leading organisational change. You’ll be used to working in a truly collaborative way and have excellent communication skills that enable you to translate technical language for non-experts. You’ll also have a strong understanding of front line service delivery on a UK wide scale and understand the complexities of delivering change through teams who work in a remote and dispersed way.
You will live and breathe digital and work in a lean and agile way and to successfully deliver excellent results.
Part of your success will be the ability to build effective relationships throughout the organisation that inspire trust and confidence.
Could you play a pivotal role in supporting people with Parkinson’s and in transforming our services? Are you a creative and flexible thinker who relishes a varied and challenging role? If so, then we would really like to hear from you!
