The Digital Project Coordinator will assist the delivery of multiple projects and BAU (Business as Usual) support work streams across the Digital departments. You will be supporting in all aspects of project management including: project planning, reporting on progress and performance, risk and issue management. This is a maternity cover role, based out of our Nottingham Head Office.
The Role
• Manage the delivery of projects within the Digital teams, from the development of an initial business case through to post-implementation project retrospectives and on-going operational support.
• Build an understanding of the Digital department process, turnaround times and daily workflows.
• Support the Project Managers with test plans, flow building, ticket creation and meeting notes.
• Highlight any risks involved in projects to the team.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports on projects, and complete other reporting as required.
• Use internal project management tools and processes to manage scope breakdowns and resource assignment amounts internal and external teams.
• Keeping up with online and digital trends and a good understanding of the wider Digital business.
Your Skills and Experience
• Experience working with digital tools and platforms (e.g. CMS, ecommerce platforms, project tracking tools).
• Experience coordinating digital projects.
• Highly computer literate.
• Experience working on projects in a fast paced or agile environment.
