Help Shape the Future of Our Commercial Property Portfolio

About the role

Are you ready to join our Commercial Stock Condition Surveying Team to provide quality information and help us understand our Commercial property portfolio? If you have strong property knowledge and a willingness to learn in a flexible working environment this could be the job for you.

You will capture the information about our Commercial property that will enable us to prepare accurate planned investment programmes. This role could suit anyone with a property maintenance and repairs background and especially those with surveying knowledge and experience.

Please note: These are temporary positions for up to 9 months.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is confident working independently and managing their own workload
  • Takes pride in delivering thorough, accurate assessment surveys
  • Goes beyond the obvious to identify the root cause of defects
  • Has experience assessing the age, condition, and remaining life of building components
  • Brings practical property knowledge and a proactive, investigative mindset
