About the role

You’ll be the go-to contact for tenants, providing responsive, fair, and solutions-driven support. From managing tenancy enquiries and resolving issues to tackling anti-social behaviour and upholding community standards, your work will have a direct, positive impact on residents’ quality of life.

You'll be supported by various internal teams and local partner where you’ll help build safe, welcoming and thriving neighbourhoods across Plymouth—while developing strong, trusted relationships with residents.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in social housing or a similar customer-focused environment
  • Takes a fair, balanced and empathetic approach when working with diverse communities
  • Delivers a ‘can-do’ attitude, underpinned by resilience and clear, sound judgement
  • Effectively manages and prioritises a varied caseload, ensuring all tasks are completed to a successful outcome
  • Is committed to improving lives and creating positive community outcomes
