About the role

We are looking for a Contract Works Supervisor to join our Asset Management team. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the relevant programme delivery are completed to the highest possible standards, being both on time and in budget.


You will undertake regular site visits to ascertain progress and compliance with specification, whilst also liaising with contractors to agree variations and costs, and residents to ensure a good standard of service is maintained. You will also carry out final inspections, updating the corporate Asset Management System with completions.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

  • Has a level 3 building or management related qualification (If a management qualification it must be with experience of managing a Building related discipline) or qualifications at an equivalent level.
  • Has a proven ability to work independently within a team and work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service.​​​​​​
  • Has values in providing great customer care.
  • Has proven experience within a similar role. 
  • ​​​​​​​Has knowledge of how construction projects are managed and delivered, with experience of working in a team.
