The successful candidates will carry out plumbing repairs, gas safety checks and servicing, heating repairs and some installation work utilising most craft trade skills. In addition, the appointed candidates will diagnose and rectify faults, attend emergency calls and either complete a repair or take steps to make the building or building components safe and secure. Candidates must have served a recognised plumbing apprenticeship and hold NVQ 3 in domestic plumbing or equivalent.
