We are currently looking for a full time permanent Customer Service Agent in our Larne based Freight Sales and Planning Team to help with the processing and planning of unaccompanied and driver accompanied bookings through our Irish Sea Services. You will be working as part of a busy team that will be delivering exemplary customer service by increasing sales alongside accepting the route bookings using our Freight Reservation System. 

You will deal with all types of cargo including hazardous, abnormal loads and livestock as well as corresponding with customers on a daily basis confirming bookings and taking any additional requirements as well.


To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following skills:


- Previous customer services experience ideally within a shipping / transport environment


- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and demanding commercial workplace


- Accurate and quick keyboard skills


- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite


- Good telephone manner
