We are currently looking for customer and administration specialists to help with the processing of unaccompanied and driver accompanied bookings through our North Sea Services in Hull on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be working as part of a busy team that will be working with our freight customers to help them with their bookings and make sure that their crossings are as seamless as possible.

There will also be work around making sure that all Cargo is checked out in accordance with relevant guidelines and informing customers if there are any delays with crossings. You will also be answering customers' queries as well as proactively calling them to help deliver fantastic service. You will be working across multiple IT systems and providing a fantastic attention to detail.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following skills:

- Previous customer services experience ideally within a trade environment

- Accurate and quick keyboard skills

- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

- Good telephone manner

- It would be beneficial if you can speak a second European language.
