Your role will involve taking calls in English from both the public and travel trade using our in-house reservations system and you must have the ability to meet agreed targets. You will be working as part of a busy and supportive team and receive full training.  Your shifts will include working weekends and evenings.

We are looking for people who can delight customers on the phone and provide a fantastic level of service. You will be outgoing, gregarious and looking for a challenging role. We are not necessarily looking for any call centre experience, we are looking to recruit individuals who can engage with customers and start their P&O journey right.
