The role

Do you want to work with our innovative, dynamic People Team in our office in Dover? The HR team are currently recruiting for an individual who wants to do a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Scheme due to the promotion of our last business apprentice.This is a fantastic entry into an organisation that has HR policy at the heart of its transformation programme. You will be involved with the team from day one learning tasks within the key "Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours" that form part of the apprenticeship standard.

You will be trained in all aspects of HR dealing with customer focus, IT, communications (both written and verbal), time management, team building and analytical/ problem solving skills. You will be timetabled throughout the week to make sure that you attend tutorials and learning sessions with the training provider both on and off site.

The person

So what are the skills we are looking for?

- Level 2 English and Maths or the equivalent GCSE qualifications

- Good IT skills alongside a good understanding of Microsoft Office

- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workloads

- Some previous experience of customer service would be useful

- A desire to learn the fundamentals of business administration and a real interest in human resources.
