Your role will involve taking calls, answering emails and webchats in French and English from both the public and travel trade using our in-house reservations system. You must have the ability to meet agreed targets. You will be working as part of a busy and supportive team and receive full training. Your shifts will include working weekends and evenings.
We are looking for fluent French and English speakers who want a role that is more than just your standard call centre. We are looking for individuals who want to delight the customer on their 1st step of their P&O booking journey. You may not necessarily have any call centre experience but customer service is at the heart of everything you do. Building rapport comes as second nature to you and you are a natural problem solver.
In return we offer a starting salary of £22,397.82 rising to £23,670.76 after passing core competencies
