The role

Your role will involve taking calls and handling emails in German and English from both the public and travel trade using our in-house reservations system - you must have the ability to meet agreed targets.  You will be working as part of a busy and supportive team and full training will be provided.   Your shifts will include working weekends and evenings.

We are looking for fluent German and English speakers who want a role that is more than just your standard call centre.  We are looking for individuals who want to delight the customer on the first step of their P&O booking journey.  You may not necessarily have any call centre experience but customer service is at the heart of everything you do.  Building rapport comes as second nature to you and you are a natural problem solver.

In return we offer a starting salary of £25,063 per annum rising to £25,550.89 per annum after passing a standards test.
