We are currently looking for a full time permanent Customer Operations Assistant in our Cairnryan based port team to help with the mooring and unmooring our vessels, driving the shuttlebus, loading of freight and tourist vehicle and some maintence tasks through our Irish Sea Services. You will be working as part of a busy team that will be delivering exemplary customer service and making sure that all of our sailings leave on time.
This is an integral part of the port operations making sure that things are running smoothly and you will anticipate any issues that may impact the successful and safe loading of the vessel.

So what skills are we looking for?
- Previous customer services experience ideally within a shipping / transport environment
- The ability to handle heavy mooring equipment
- A fully qualified and valid PCV driver's license
-Previous experience of working in a maintenance role
